GutMantra was born out of personal journeys — with real stories of individuals who faced life threatening challenges and found healing by reconnecting with traditional wisdom and natural practices. 

These experiences inspired us to create a platform dedicated to gaining and sharing knowledge and resources that empower others on their own healing journeys.

While it is certainly not a good habit to adopt every so called good practice, Our Pandoras Box gives you a birds eye-view of practices that has worked for other people. We plan to have structured groups of practices that people can adopt easily based on a) where they are, b) what they currently practice and c) where they want to go. These workouts, requiring little to no equipment, aim to engage the full range of motion in your body, helping each muscle and joint work harmoniously. With no fixed-motion machines, the joints get exercised naturally, distributing wear and reducing the risk of repetitive strain injuries.
